We have just moved into a new place and the shower's had very poor pressure. I would like to take this opportunity, to put in writing, how much I appreciated the professionalism, & workmanship, from Sam & Andre, whom you sent on Monday, to carry out, the installation of the 2 new toilets, vanity top, & accessories etc. I was consulted, every step of the way, & explanations given, at every turn. Nothing was too much trouble, even, when I asked Andre to check a washer in one of my bathroom taps, which was passed it's "used by date," & replaced. it. Sam offered to clean up the garage, which I was able to do, but appreciated the offer. We have a built in gas fireplace that is as old as the house. For the past 4 years we have tried to get it fixed each year, but each year, we've struggled with it constantly switching off, which have made winters cold. This year, we were recommended CF Reese by our neighbours. Can't explain how pleased we have been with the service we've received, and how hard they worked to get to the bottom of the problem. Josh went above and beyond, communications were great, pricing was extremely fair and our fire place is finally fixed and working reliably after 4 years!

We had to call an emergency plumber after another waterfall in our kitchen. Louwan fixed the issue, and then explained the quirk in our plumbing that keeps letting it happen, and how we can keep it from happening again. Really helpful.
