With our plumbing expertise and experience, we offer valuable input on hydraulic design and sanitary layouts for client developments. Our knowledge of the building code and regulations ensures accurate designs, saving architects time and clients money during the building consent process. 

When documents go to tender, we frequently encounter non-compliant information that goes unnoticed by companies. This oversight often results in costly variations when a plumbing inspector later identifies design issues or non-compliance. 

This service can be offered as ad-hoc advice as required or via a design build proposal. We can provide Auto-CAD designs or fully BIM modeled service plans, working closely with our engineers. 

 Additionally, we can conduct on-site investigations, inspect Drainage, Roofing and Water systems, and report on their condition, compliance and suitability based on your needs.
