Te Wananga O Aotearoa Glenview

In September 2013, we were tasked by Te Wananga o Aotearoa to assess the cold water supply at the Glenview campus accommodation block, due to frequent failures and emergency repairs. The assessment revealed the need to replace the ageing 50mm galvanised water main and address maintenance in the boiler room plumbing. 

Key tasks included: 

• Replacing the 50mm galvanised main with a 50mm PPR (fusiotherm) pipe, reconnecting water supply to 20 rooms. 
• Performing maintenance on plumbing in the boiler plant room. 

Thanks to careful planning and clear communication with Te Wananga, we completed the project on time, leaving our client highly satisfied.
