Lonestar Rototuna

In January 2014, while working on a project at Thomas and Hukanui Road, we were invited to tender for the fit-out of the new Lonestar Restaurant. Thanks to our on-site presence, strong reputation in hospitality construction, and competitive pricing, we secured the contract. 

Despite a tight timeline and the need to coordinate with the main build, CF Reese successfully completed the project on time and to spec. The work included a full commercial kitchen for 90 diners, a bar, seven bathrooms, and indoor/outdoor gas fireplaces. 

This project also marked our first collaboration with Miles Construction, the head contractor for Lonestar projects across New Zealand. Clear communication and flexibility ensured a smooth process and a successful outcome for this iconic restaurant.
